Then the Little Red Hen went to her three best friends and asked, "Will you help me?" Find out exactly how helpful her friends Mouse, Cat, and Goose are; and what they learn too! Ashputtel - The Story of Cinderella Review

What a fantastic performance it was! With so much energy, music and inspiration, Ashputtel – The Story of Cinderella was very well presented by the play cast and director/actor Christina Sergeant and very well organized by I Theatre, a World-class family focused Theatre Company for Singapore and the region. The story script was beautifully written by actor/director, Dwayne Lau. Not only our children enjoyed the show our Super Mommies who attended the show had a great fun too. Timing wise, it was perfect i.e. 50min with no interval. Costumes were really nice and colourful. Unlike other plays, their usherers did a great job in escorting people to their seats and keeping everything in order.

The Grimms’ classic got a nice makeover striking the perfect balance of experience and fresh talent. This theatrically adventurous play was built for sensibilities of ALL ages while highlighting key lessons on generosity, perseverance and jealousy the original story reflects.

Overall, it was a well coordinated, well-organized and a well presented show. We highly recommend it! It is still on until 17th Nov 2012.
